Kona Hawaii is a great holiday locale, and plenty of fun to traverse by car. Do take note that road culture is a little different in Hawaii than in mainland America. Here, the police don’t use marked cars but instead their own vehicles. If an officer wants to grab your attention, he will use a flashing blue light so do pay attention!
