Terms and conditions for hiring a Kollektion 7 – Made in Germany vehicle

Hertz standard rental terms and conditions apply, available here. Where these terms conflict any of the terms herein, the terms herein shall take precedence.

Driver Requirements

  • All drivers must be a minimum age of 27 years and have held a valid driving licence for at least 3 years
  • The named renter must present two valid credit cards/debit cards with available credit in the renter's own name at the point of rental.


The Vehicle

  • Make and Model guarantee means that we will do all we can to provide the specific Kollektion 7 – Made in Germany vehicle make and model you reserved. In the rare event that the reserved make and model is not available you will be offered another Kollektion 7 – Made in Germany vehicle of equal or greater value at no extra cost or a full refund.


 Locations

  • You cannot drive the Kollektion 7 – Made in Germany vehicle outside of Germany unless otherwise authorised in writing by Hertz.
